You Break Through

Shout out to My Kid’s Dentist. I’m a college student, so I am not a regular customer in this area, but I walked in because I dropped my retainer case in the toilet this morning before school starts in two days. My world was falling apart. Everything ruined in a span of 5 seconds. Still, Monica at the front desk was very, very understanding to my complicated dilemma and gave me an excellent, high quality retainer case. She was kind, considerate, and very fast AND it was my college colors. I will never forget this esteemed customer service at My Kid’s Dentist in La Habra. I will return to school on Monday with a new, profound wisdom, that I’ve taken away from My Kid’s Dentist: to learn the importance of an orthodontist and dentistry, but also to not drop my items in toilets at the growing the age of 19. To Monica, and the fellow doctors at My Kid’s Dentist, thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will be mentioning you further on in my life. Love you so much. If your child has previous dental trauma and anxiety from other dentists, COME HERE NOW!!! My son had a major dental procedure done that I genuinely thought traumatized him forever. THANK GOD I CAME HERE. They are so thorough in getting to know past experiences and who their patient is that my son not only had a good cleaning and XRay experience, but was able to come back and get fillings and extractions with no fear or fighting. He was able to laugh and relax because he knew he was in good hands! Wrapping up our time there with major support and cheers from EVERYONE, even from the receptionists, changed our lives. My son is happy, healthy, and is actually excited for his 6 month cleaning!

We have been to this location many times and every time technicians and dentists are so gentle, patient, and kind with my nervous kids.
